Bohdee Media is a Sydney-based video production company specialising in science, STEM and research. Our origins lie in a 2017 partnership between Adam Boland and the Australian Academy of Science to develop a social-first approach to science storytelling. The Academy became Bohdee’s foundation client.
As Executive Producer of the Academy’s video content, Adam was part of the communications team that won the 2018 Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) Golden Target Award for Not-for-Profit In-House Team of the Year. Over the preceding year, the Academy’s Facebook page grew from 9,000 to more than one million followers.

Yes. Our in-house animators use motion graphics and data visualisation to make complex ideas clear, alongside filmed interviews where they help tell the story.
Do you make videos for science awards and fellowships?
